wage hike in financial psus of india versus cg employees and psus

The year of 2010 shall be a deadliest year for the honest work force of financial psus of sovereign, democratic republic of India created under the Constitution of India in 1950. In this round of wage revision for the workers across the country, the Central and State Governments have hiked the wages of their employees and also the wages of employees (totalling a few crore) of all other PSUs owned by them to a record highest level enhancing the liability and the burden of the Governments to more than double the earlier level. The sole victim of the cruelty of the Top management and the Government combine have been only the honest and sincere work force (totalling a few lac only) of the Financial PSUs owned by the same Central Government of this Independent Indian Peninsular country. The Union leaders either have become ineffective or have become timid for the reasons best known to them; the result of this ineffectivity or timidity has been disastrous for the work force giving drive to the most important input i.e. the finances of the country. The Government has trampled the fate of the workers using the puppet management at the top level of the PSUs. Should the Government not have acted judiciously and have removed this disparity and brought level of all the work force across the country to an equal through forming a Uniform Wage Policy for one and all. It appears as if we are still living in old era of rule without any uniform law.
